Technically, this post is delayed. Back in May, after attending WordCamp Raleigh, I committed to myself to write more and write at least one post per week. Earlier this week I found out that WordPress has been encouraging bloggers to commit to posting daily or weekly since January 2011. And even better, it wasn’t too late to get in on the action.

So rather than just thinking about doing it or making the deal with only myself, I’m committing to officially participate right now. I will be posting on this blog once a week (sometimes more) for the remainder of 2011.

I know it won’t be easy, but it might be fun and inspiring. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The DailyPost, and the community of other bloggers with similar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can.If you already read my blog, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way.
