I’m kinda bummed that I really couldn’t find anything to inspire me to photograph the idea of hope for the weekly photo challenge. With the help of a co-worker, I had one all lined up, but some unexpected news changed that photo from hopeful to bittersweet. So I scrapped it. I thought of replacing it with a photo of the color black. But then I didn’t want to seem like I felt totally hopeless! (I don’t.)

If I could photograph that I’m hoping to be able to accomplish this upcoming week’s challenge, that would be the picture I’d take.
