The beach is where I always feel the most carefree—not exactly unique. I’m not a person who is easily carefree. By nature I’m a worrier. Being close to the ocean infuses me with a peace and sense of creativity. In this photo, I notice I was so relaxed that I wrote one of my old nicknames in the sand.
Before I was a worker bee, the most carefree times for me were during the summertime and while reading novels.

The beach is definitely a carefree place. I think its a combination of the soothing sounds of the waves and looking out over the vast ocean that creates a calming effect.
The sound of the ocean is great for giving me the best sleep.

I love the writing in the sand! Having the flipflops in the shot is cute too. 🙂
Thanks! The only time I wear flip flops in public is on the beach so it really does speak to that feeling of being carefree.
