There’s the family you grow up with. And the people who become family such as the tight-knit group of friends you form when you go away to college or the women who become your sisters when you pledge a sorority. The husband and the in-laws you gain with marrying. The children you adopt or the one’s you have. Or, sometimes it’s the menagerie of pets you adopt.
Family can be many different configurations throughout your life. This post honors siblings—the family you’re born into. Hopefully, no matter what the makeup of your family, they bring you the joy, support and love you need to make it through this life.
