I have never thought about what a night shift worker goes through during time changes until I saw this meme. I had so many questions: Do you get paid for the spring forward hour that is lost? Do you have to work an extra hour for fall forward? Do you get to leave early?

What the heck? Who wants to work an additional hour just because we are still using this antiquated Daylight Savings Time system and work practices? People who are familiar with this assure me you get paid overtime for the extra hour of work, but still…ugh.
