Since the fireworks didn’t work out as my subject for fleeting moment, here’s an alternative. The beautiful flower I was so proud of growing. The broken piece I brought in to bring beauty to a room is almost gone.

The packet said gladiolus, but they look like lillies to me, too.

Both are real. My first time growing this type of flower.

Gorgeous! The pink of the lily is so vibrant! Love the color and the texture of the soft petals in that second picture.

Thanks! Outside the color was so vivid. I guess without direct sun, the inner flowers didn’t get as bright.
