Here’s a bad habit. One I’ve had for years that started on the computer back in the 90s. I’d kicked it, but when Palm Pilot’s and smartphones and Facebook came into the picture, my daily habit came back thanks to the convenience. Everyday I play a mindless game, Bejeweled Blitz. Even on days where I don’t play it, I open the app, spin the wheel and get my daily free coins. Must stockpile so that on days I do play, I can maintain my title of Queen of Bejeweled.
