This street art represents the three Ashley Christensen restaurants that live on this corner: Chucks (a burger joint), Beasley’s Chicken and Honey, and Fox Liquor Bar. In an interesting twist, apparently these sculptures make a good bike rack, too. Which left me wondering was that the intent for them or not?
It’s also a cool shout out to the Piggly Wiggly grocery store that used to live in this building. Another former Piggly Wiggly that is now the restaurant Nofo at the Pig has similar street art sitting outside it.
