I’ve had several family members who served or currently serve in the Armed Forces both during times of war and peace. Thankfully none of them have been lost to us in war. Just wanted to take a moment to honor the women and men who died in active military service and pray for the families left behind. While others are enjoying a day off at the pool or a beach or shopping at the mall, the people who served with those who died and the families are the likely having the hardest time.
