Loving the skin you’re in

woman spraying on whitening sprayToo many cultures practice colorism, knowingly or unknowingly. It’s prejudice or discrimination against individuals with a dark skin tone, typically among people of the same ethnic or racial group.

I was watching a show the other day and this scene made me as sad as when I see brown and dark brown-skinned people wanting be lighter than they are. She’s so ecstatic to be spraying on her whitener. She’s a pretty person and her natural skin tone is fine. I wish she and the people around her knew that.

No matter what nationality, I wish we could all love the skin color we have. The range of colors are all beautiful. That’s why God created them.
