Choi Seung Hyun aka T.O.P., one for the rappers in the group BIGBANG, is suddenly getting his flowers from everywhere. I’ve been cranking up the song Doom Dada for the last couple of months so it’s exciting to see T.O.P. getting recognition outside of Asia.

First Dramafever voted him sexiest musician of 2013. He beat out Justin Timberlake and Drake!

Then Fuse TV let fans vote on 15 sexy female and male singers to decide who is the hottest. After 4 weeks of voting, T.O.P and Britney Spears got over 1.5 million votes each to take home the crowns.

An esteemed magazine weighs in

But the biggest accolade of all came from Rolling Stone magazine. T.O.P. was named one of 2013’s Hottest Sex Symbols by Rolling Stone. He really is multi-talented and I hope to see his acting, fashion and art pursuits get international recognition too. He’s come a long way from the chunky little kid to suave young man.

Congratulations to T.O.P. I can’t wait to see what 2014 brings for other favorite Korean actors and idols.
